BA are currently issuing thousands of iPads to senior cabin crew, after a very successful trial with 100 cabin crew in September.
iPads are enabling BA to offer a premium service to customers with instant access to individual passenger’s Executive Club Status, previous travel arrangements, special meal requests and onward travel plans.
BA’s Bill Francis enthuses: “The benefit of the iPads has been felt right from the beginning, with fantastic feedback from crew”.
